1. The service

Lung26 is a subscription software service from NAIQ providing AI-assisted review, workflow and reporting tools for low-dose CT lung screening. By creating a workspace you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

2. Clinical use

Lung26 is decision support, not a medical device or a diagnosis (see the clinical-use disclaimer). Your organisation is responsible for clinical governance, for having qualified radiologists review all outputs, and for the content of signed reports.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the people you invite, their roles, and keeping credentials confidential. Signing rights must only be given to registered medical practitioners.

4. Plans, usage and billing

Plans include a number of seats and AI-analysed studies per calendar month. An AI study is counted once, the first time AI analysis is saved for a study. Usage above the allowance is billed at the plan's per-study rate where the plan allows overage. Fees are invoiced monthly in arrears in INR plus GST and are due within 15 days. We may suspend AI analysis for invoices overdue by more than 30 days; your records remain readable and exportable.

5. Trial

The 14-day trial includes 25 AI studies and 3 seats at no charge. AI analysis stops when the trial ends unless a paid plan is activated.

6. Data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You may export it at any time.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, NAIQ is not liable for clinical decisions or for indirect losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a billing month. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction.
